Delray Beach + Boca Raton

During the 1920s the small towns of Delray Beach & Boca Raton first came to the attention of a group of investors, who saw the area’s potential and purchased swaths of coastal property.

DELRAY BEACH:

Known worldwide as a vibrant, intimate town with big city sophistication, Delray Beach is a gem of South Florida, directly on the Atlantic Ocean. The city has upscale shops, fine restaurants, nighttime entertainment and, of course, the incomparable beauty of nearly two miles of award-winning beaches.

Delray’s Atlantic Avenue, which runs through the center of town from I-95 to the ocean, is the longest Main Street in Florida.  A popular destination for locals and visitors alike, Atlantic Avenue is a charming streetscape filled with upscale shops, fine restaurants and nightly entertainment.  The downtown is known, nationally, for its family-friendly festivals such as the Delray Affair and Delray Beach Garlic Fest and for its vivacious Village by the Sea atmosphere. The New York Post recently called Delray Beach the "'It' City of Florida".

BOCA RATON:

Boca Raton as we know it today is a paradise for both visitors and residents, with 23 hotels, three public golf courses, 11 private golf clubs, and dozens of restaurants to please every palate. It is also a shopper’s mecca, from the unique boutiques at Mizner Park and Royal Palm Place to the designer shops at Boca Town Center.

Boca Raton boasts more than 20 cultural organizations, including the Boca Raton Museum of Art, Boca Raton Children’s Museum, Children’s Science Exploratorium, the University Gallery at Florida Atlantic University and the Boca Raton Historical Society Museum. Boca Raton is a city of beautiful landscaping, parks and beaches. Residents are proud of the city's efforts to maintain and constantly improve the streets, natural areas and its beaches: Red Reef Park (a 67-acre oceanfront park which includes Gumbo Limbo Environmental Education Center on over 20 acres), South Beach Park and its fishing pier, South Inlet Park, and Spanish River Park.
